What you do.

  • You will be in charge of our IT services for the operation of customer systems: You coordinate and control operations / service operations as well as the continuous improvement and further development of demanding customer projects
  • You will be the first point of contact for our customers, taking on requirements and coordinating their implementation. As an organizational talent and customer whisperer, you set priorities and make strategic decisions
  • You establish standards and processes, such as service definition, service transition (change request management, release planning and implementation) up to service level management / reporting

What you can.

  • You have successfully completed your IT education (apprenticeship, Bachelor/ Master) and have experience in the areas of IT operations and management of suppliers and service providers or have a comparable qualification
  • Furthermore, you have a good knowledge of the ITIL process framework and the application of these processes in service management - if you don't already have it, we would be happy to offer you the opportunity for ITIL certification
  • Good IT know-how in web technologies and IT operations are a matter of course for you
  • You are characterized by planning competence and an overview as well as customer orientation and communication skills. Very good English skills are a must. German is a plus!
